We always try to give our valued customers a delightful shopping experience at CraftsNation. We use high quality packaging for all our products. The packaging material for our products has always been chosen with utmost care keeping in mind the quality of our products and the safety of the products till it reaches our customers.

Shipping charges, Octroi & Sales tax

For orders above Rs1000/-, we provide free delivery to our customers at their doorstep for a truly hassle free & reliable shopping experience. However, for smaller orders (below Rs.1000/-) shipping charges of Rs.80/- will be applicable. The shipping costs are based on the selling price at CraftsNation and will not different while on application of discount coupons if any.

In addition, certain cities including, but not limited to, Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune and Akola charge octroi on goods brought into these cities. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.

Shipping locations & estimated delivery time

Currently we do not ship products outside of India; however, we will be more than happy to serve international customers as well. Within India, we are trying our best to reach out with our products as far as possible. However, there are still a few places where we are unable to ship due to logistical issues. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same.

Shipping partners

We have currently partnered with DTDC courier service for the shipment of products across India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other domestic & international service providers to deliver the products.

Shipping process & delivery time

When you make an online purchase using a Credit/Debit card or internet banking, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. Once, we have confirmed your order it will be processed within 48 hours depending on the availability of the product. We aim to deliver most of our products within 5-7 working days from the confirmation of the order.

Depending upon the promotional offers and your membership tier in our reward program, at times, certain orders may qualify for free express delivery, about which you will be intimated at the time of checkout and invoicing. In express delivery, products are usually delivered between 2-3 working days.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch email along with a tracking id and a link to track your order (POD details). Alternatively, you can go to your account page at our website and track your order in "MyAccount" section. Here you will also find details of your tracking id along with other details of all your pending orders.

Shipping Returns

Our courier partners normally try to reach all our customers usually 2-3 times to attempt a successful delivery; however, in cases where the customers are not reachable and the delivery could not be made, the products are returned to CraftsNation warehouse. In such cases, we would get in touch with you and you may choose any of the following courses of action:

  1.     Get the product(s) redelivered to your address at a convenience charge of Rs. 100/-
  2.     Get a credit equal to the total amount of your purchase to your CraftsNation account as "CraftsCoupon" which you can use whenever you shop with us in next 6 months.

CraftsCoupon Terms & Conditions

  1.     1 CraftsCoupon = Rs. 1/-
  2.     CraftsCoupon expires in 6 months from the day of credit in your account.
  3.     CraftsCoupon can be used on all your purchases at but cannot be clubbed with any other coupons

Non-delivery of products

In cases, where we are not able to deliver the product to you in 15 days due to unavailability of the product, we will cancel your order and credit the total amount of your purchase to your CraftsWallet as CraftsCash which you can use whenever you shop with us in next 6 months. In addition, as a token of our regret, we will add extra 10% of your total purchase amount as Gilt Cash in your CraftsWallet to compensate for your inconvenience.

Return & Cancellations

At, we always strive to deliver quality products and provide our customers with a delightful online shopping experience. For our valued customers, we have a Returns & Cancellations Policy which is safe, easy and transparent.

Products qualifying for returns

A customer can return a product in the following two scenarios:

  1.     When a product is damaged, possibly in transit, it qualifies for return/replacement.
  2.     If a mismatched product is delivered, in terms of style, colour and / or size , it qualifies for return/replacement.

Please note: All our products have been hand crafted and hand finished (polished) using traditional skills. Minor variations in colour, size & design are an inherent character of the handcrafted products and should not be considered as defects.

Please note that CrfatsNation does not offer replacements on discounted or end-of-season sale products.

Cancellations are allowed only if your order has not been processed. We usually process all the orders same day; hence, if you wish to cancel your order please get in touch with our customer care as soon as possible.

In case of cancellations, no cash refund will be made; however, you will receive the paid amount in the form of CraftsCash in your CraftsWallet which can used on your next purchase anytime during the next 6 months, post which your CraftsCash will expire.

How to return the product

You are required to get in touch with us within 48 hours from the date of receiving your shipment along with the pictures of the damaged/mismatched product. You can follow the following steps to return the product.
Step 1

Call our Customer Service on +91 8420176635 between 10AM and 7PM (IST) from Monday to Saturday within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can also email us at and mention the details of the return.

Step 2

Once your returns request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorising a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. To return an item, please arrange for a return via a trusted courier service of your choice. On eligible returns, you would be reimbursed your shipping costs (up to a maximum of Rs.100/-) after an approval from CraftsNation management. Please note that we must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorising email.

Step 3

After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as being eligible for return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the same product is not available, we will issue a merchandise credit in the form of Crafts Cash in the appropriate amount. You will be required to use your Crafts Cash within 6 months to make another purchase, after which it will expire. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

  1. The authority to take the final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely in the hands of CraftsNation's Quality Assurance Team.
  2. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  3. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
  5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  6. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a merchandise credit in the form of Gilt Cash for the same. (Validity for the Gilt Cash is 6 months from the date of issue). Merchandise credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.
  7. To return an item, please arrange for a return via a trusted courier service of your choice. If the return is deemed eligible by our Quality Assurance team, you would be reimbursed your shipping costs (maximum Rs.100/-), after an approval from CraftsNation's management. Once you have made the return, please let us know the Tracking No. (i.e., AWB Delivery Confirmation). We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages during returns. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging and will process your return within 10 days of our receipt of the returned product.
