What is CraftsNation?

CraftsNation is an online store where consumers can get to buy variety of affordable and authentic Indian handicrafts directly sourced from our gifted artisan and if you are talented enough to offer the world something uniquely handcrafted you are always welcome in here.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges? Some items may have shipping charges in India depending on the nature of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 5-7 working days for delivery in India.

How will the delivery be done?

  • We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, DTDC, Firstflight, GATI Cargo etc. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.


Do you deliver internationally?

Currently CraftsNation does not deliver items internationally. We shall be coming up with International delivery facility shortly.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All CraftsNation items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. CraftsNation.in is not responsible for any octroi payments.

How can I pay at CraftsNation?

Currently you can pay for your handicrafts sourced from CraftsNation via Credit Crads, Debit Cards and Net Banking.

What is your refund policy?

We have a customer friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on CraftsNation.

What is your refund /replacement procedure?

The customer/buyer has to get back to CraftsNation customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. No request for replacement or refund will be entertained after 48 hours. CraftsNation will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the artisan/designer and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.

How shall a customer get a Refund/Return?

Any refunds/refund due by the Company to the buyer shall be made in the form of credit note which can be used at CraftsNation.in within 6 months for any of the products. Refund/Return will be for the amount paid by the customer for the product.

What are the conditions for Return/Refund?

  •  All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as at the time of delivery by the Company.
  • Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • All shipping and handling expenses shall be chargeable to the seller.
  • All requests for return of product have to be placed within 48 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 48 hours from delivery will be processed.
  • Once the return is confirmed at the call centre or email, Member has to ship the product back and email the tracking number to the support team at CraftsNation.

How can I sell at CraftsNation?

If you as an individual or an organization (Profit, Non-Profit) and have something hand crafted to sell the contact us at care@CraftsNation, our team will contact you shortly after we hear from you.

How much does it cost to sell at CraftsNation?

It costs absolutely nothing for an artisan or an organization to register at CraftsNation, However we charge certain percentage of commission on the total sale price of the product, please refer to our "Seller's Policy" for details.
